Our agave plants are harvested as full maturity, generally 6-7 years from planting.

Our Tequila is made using only the best agave plants, hand-harvested at full maturity and double distilled to create a smooth, flavoursome Tequila. Silver white in colour and tasting of ripe agave, citrus and subtle spice.
