Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 45mL El Toro Café de Grano
  • 30mL Fresh Espresso
  • 15mL Sugar Syrup
  • 15mL Irish Cream
  • 3x Coffee Beans (garnish) 

Method

To a cocktail shaker, add Grano de Café, Espresso, Sugar, Irish Cream and ice.

 

Shake until cold.

 

Double strain (with Hawker and Fine Mesh Strainer) into coupe glass.

 

Add coffee beans to garnish.
